Tuesday, June 10, 2025 (8:00 AM - 10:00 AM) (EDT)
Description
The Lake Norman Chamber Women’s Open Networking Group provides a welcoming and relaxed space for professional women to connect, build meaningful relationships, and enjoy coffee and morning refreshments.
Additionally, this month’s gathering will feature insights on Travel and Packing, helping you prepare for everything from business trips to family vacations. Learn tips to maximize luggage space, choose versatile wardrobe options, and stay organized while traveling. Whether you're an experienced jetsetter or just planning a weekend getaway, you’ll leave with practical ideas to make your journeys more efficient and enjoyable.
Our group is open to everyone, with no membership fees, obligations, or long-term commitments required. Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom, retiree, Chamber Ambassador, or volunteer, we welcome your presence. Chamber membership is not necessary to participate, though we encourage exploring the benefits of becoming part of our Chamber community.
Please bring your business cards and name badges to make the most of this networking opportunity. Each month, we feature a guest speaker and a focused topic designed to inspire and educate attendees.
Interested in further involvement? Opportunities for sponsorship, hosting, and speaking engagements are available. For more information, please contact us at 704.892.1922.

Shonda Voves
Shonda is the heart and hands behind Happy Decluttering and Organizing, where compassion meets transformation. She’s not just here to make a space look pretty— she’s here to walk with you through the overwhelm, help you breathe again, and bring order to the chaos life can leave behind. Since launching her organizing business in 2023, she’s helped families, busy professionals, and everyday people reclaim their homes and their peace of mind.
Her “why” runs deep: after seeing how clutter can silently weigh on someone’s mental health, relationships, and confidence, she felt called to create a service rooted in care— not judgment. That calling became her business, and her mission is simple: to bring relief, hope, and a fresh start to every client she meets.
The clients who light her up the most are the ones feeling stuck in overwhelming clutter—the ones who don’t know where to start. With a calm presence, a listening ear, and a plan that actually works, she shows them it is possible. She doesn’t just organize spaces—she changes lives, one room at a time.
If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, who leads with heart and rolls up her sleeves beside you, Shonda is the organizer you’ve been hoping to find.
