Lake Norman Economic Development Announces 1st Non-Profit Expo at Birkdale Point “Connecting our Communities.” This free expo will showcase non-profit organizations and their missions to businesses, industries, teams, groups, and volunteers. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the needs of local non-profits, who they serve, and their needs, and form yearly partnerships with the nonprofit that aligns with them. In addition to Non-Profits, the expo will also feature: Live music Food trucks Networking opportunities This is a great chance for local non-profits to connect with potential partners and supporters, and for businesses and individuals to learn more about the important work that is being done in our community. Some of the non-profit resources that will be available at the expo include: Mecklenburg County Resources Grant Advisors Non-Profit Advisors Insurance Agents and CPAs for Non-profits NC Non-Profit Consulting Community resources and more. The expo is being planned as an outdoor event, so please come prepared for the weather. (Sunshine!) We hope to see you at the 1st Lake Norman Non-Profit Expo!
