The Cool Kids Clubhouse, operated by the Cool Kids Campaign, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for pediatric oncology patients, survivors, and their families by addressing the academic, social, and emotional challenges associated with a cancer diagnosis. Established in December 2019 in Huntersville, North Carolina, and named in honor of Olympic gold medalist and board member Dan Jansen, the Clubhouse offers a variety of free programs designed to support children with cancer, their siblings, and parents. These programs include tutoring services to mitigate academic setbacks, engaging activities to reduce social isolation, and family support groups to provide emotional assistance. Additionally, the organization offers rent-free vacations at dedicated condos, allowing families a respite from the stresses of cancer treatment. Through these comprehensive services, the Cool Kids Clubhouse strives to foster a supportive community where families can connect, heal, and thrive together.
