The Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce has recognized Saertex MultiCom in Huntersville for their outstanding continuous support of education and workforce development with the “Inspire our Future” award presented by the Chamber and the Lake Norman Education Collaborative.

Saertex has participated in multiple Career Days and continues to partner with area schools. Most recently, Saertex hosted an educator and administrator tour for Hopewell High School and plans to begin an internship-to-apprenticeship program in partnership with the school this January. Ryan McDaniels, Executive Director of the Lake Norman Economic Development said, “We are thankful for Saertex’s community investment and continuous support.”

Melinda Bales, Mayor for the Town of Huntersville, and co-chair of the Lake Norman Education Collaborative, said, “Having a community partner like Saertex MultiCom helps us draw attention to the career opportunities that await students as they transition into the workforce. The partnership also helps us educate our educators on those same opportunities.”

Klaus Langenbach, the Managing Director accepted the award and shared, “SAERTEX multiCom is a German-owned, locally staffed company that creates fiberglass pipe liners to ‘rehabilitate’ old and damaged pipes. As one might imagine, the importance of this industry has only grown as time goes by.”

Langenbach added, “Through the next year we will be looking to hire 10-15 new workers for various roles, including production operators and administrative support. We invite you to meet with us and explore this new opportunity by visiting our website multicom.isolvedhire.com/jobs .”
