Competitive intelligence refers to the ability to gather, analyze, and use information and data collected on competitors, customers, clients and other market factors that contribute to a business's competitive advantage.
Competitive intelligence is important because it helps a business owner or manager understand their competitive environment and the opportunities and challenges they face.
Thomas Torres, our facilitator for the January Lunch n’ Learn, will share:
Ideas on how to understand your clients and customer’s needs with greater clarity and how to cultivate closer relationships with them;
Methods to monitor your competitor’s activities and forecast their future business intentions;
And understanding competitive intelligence collection methods that supports strategic and tactical decision making.
So bring a lunch and learn how to improve your business. Beverages are supplied compliments of Choice Beverages (Water / Soda).
