Chamber's Diversity Luncheon Focused on: "Belonging in Business: How to Connect, Serve, and Thrive"

The Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce will host a Diversity Luncheon on Thursday, September 11th 11:45 to 1:15pm at Northstone Country Club located at 15801 Northstone D. in Huntersville. The topic will focus on:” Belonging in Business: How to Connect, Serve, and Thrive.” MSC is the Presenting Sponsor.
Gina Fambrough, MBA - Vice President, Health Equity Operations and Performance for Novant Health is the speaker. Fambrough will talk about creating a sense of belonging in your business; understanding how change can build stronger connections; and meeting our community's needs.
Gina is vice president of system operations and performance in the department of health equity and community health at Novant Health. In her role, Gina leads efforts to embed health equity into operations and ensures Novant Health is achieving business, patient, and community measurable outcomes to foster a culture in which everyone is valued and receives the highest level of health.
In 2024, Gina was awarded Diversity MBA Media’s 18th Annual list of Top 100 Under 50 Executive Leaders.
At the luncheon, the Chamber will also recognize the region’s Diversity Champion which will be presented to an individual, business, or association which has strived to unite our region across cultures, racial, sexual, or political barriers.

About our Speaker: Gina Fambrough
Gina is vice president of system operations and performance in the department of health equity and community health at Novant Health. In her role, Gina leads efforts to embed health equity into operations and ensures Novant Health is achieving business, patient, and community measurable outcomes to foster a culture in which everyone is valued and receives the highest level of health.
Gina joined Novant Health in 2012 and has held roles in nursing operations, analytics, program management, and belonging. Gina received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University and her Masters in Business Administration from Liberty University.
In 2024, Gina was awarded Diversity MBA Media’s 18th Annual list of Top 100 Under 50 Executive Leaders.
