Join the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce for the 2026 Annual Diversity Power Luncheon, an afternoon focused on service, leadership, understanding and building stronger connections throughout the Lake Norman community.
This year's program, “Together, We Stand,” will feature Marine Corps Sergeant and combat veteran Aaron Harper, Human Resources Business Partner with Novant Health.
A fifth-generation United States Marine, Harper leads Novant Health's Military & Veterans Affairs strategy and will share a powerful message about service, leadership and building stronger connections with veterans, active-duty service members and military families.
Harper brings both personal experience and professional leadership to a program designed to strengthen understanding and engagement with those who have served our nation and the families who support them.
The Chamber will also honor Dan and Melanie Houston with the 2026 Diversity Champion Award, recognizing their commitment to fostering understanding, inclusion and stronger relationships throughout the Lake Norman community.
The Lake Norman Chamber recognizes individuals, businesses and organizations whose efforts help unite our region while encouraging acceptance, respect and understanding.
