The Lake Norman Chamber Women's Open Networking Group provides a platform for professional women to engage in meaningful connections within a welcoming and relaxed setting, accompanied by coffee and morning refreshments.
Participation in our group does not entail any membership fees, obligations, or long-term commitments, although we anticipate your continued attendance due to the enriching experiences offered.
This inclusive forum extends invitations to a diverse range of individuals, including stay-at-home moms, retirees, Chamber Ambassadors, and volunteers, regardless of Chamber membership status, although we encourage joining our Chamber community.
Attendees, please bring your business cards and name badges to facilitate networking opportunities. Each monthly gathering will highlight a specific topic and feature a guest speaker, fostering educational and inspirational dialogue.

Kim Boyd with Lake Norman Water Tree
Kim Boyd, originally from Texas with Southwest Louisiana Cajun roots, has lived in the Carolinas for over 25 years with her husband David. They moved through Statesville, Huntersville, and Concord before settling in Mooresville, where Kim now runs Lake Norman Water Tree. With over 20 years of experience in technology sales within the banking industry and nearly three years specializing in plant design and holiday decor at Charlotte Plantscape, Kim is passionate about green growing things and clean water. She and David have five children and 13 grandchildren spread across Texas, Louisiana, and the Carolinas. Kim is active in the community, always eager to share clean, healthy water.
