Cornelius Early Scholars is a nonprofit scholarship Christian preschool whose mission is to set children's lives on a path to success through early childhood education and a foundation of faith in Jesus Christ. On Friday, Sept. 1 at 10:00 we will be opening the doors for the students and families to meet the teachers and get to see their classrooms. Immediately after the ribbon cutting, we can give everyone a tour of the facilities (it will be brief). Opening for our first day of classes on Tuesday, September 5. We will begin by providing half-day preschool to 3 and 4 year olds. Cornelius Early Scholars could not have happened without the faithfulness of my fellow Board members, Rhonda Cheek, Bonnie Little, Dr. Michael Miltich, Manny Rosado and Tricia Sisson, and the generous donations from private individuals and civic organizations.
