Join us for an educational and fascinating Lunch n Learn with Pam and Gene Watson. Pam Watson is a retired RN who spent most of her nursing career in Labor and Delivery. She has been married for 39 years to her husband Gene, who is a retired ER physician. In retired life they love to travel and to help people with their wellness journey through education about the body's ability to take care of itself when given the right building blocks. These building blocks are generally not found in today's diet; however, they are found in ancient plants.
