 Michael is a Certified Treasury Professional with 24 years of banking experience. He has seen first-hand the evolution of financial fraud, as well as the tools and strategies to prevent it. For some fraud schemes, there are simple, “bolt-on” solutions banks can provide to screen transactions. However, for other attacks the first line of defense is education and vigilance; knowing the signs and maintaining awareness to question and validate requests. Michael will share several real-world examples and best practices to thwart them.
