Know the Rules of the Road: the Risks and Best Practices Relating to Distracted Driving Pertinent to Vehicle Fleets, Equipment Transport, Towing and Recovery.  Join Fisher Phillips Workplace Safety Attorney Curt Moore and Central Carolina Insurance Agency Risk Advisor Steve Melton for a presentation highlighting the risks, and risk mitigation strategies, for distracted driving. Distracted driving is a “recognized hazard” according to OSHA and other agencies, and is a paramount concern for any business that has employees on the road. The presentation will also offer additional insights for businesses engaged in equipment rental, towing and recovery, and similar ventures who may face additional road-related concerns and risks.
