SEATING and LOGISTICS

· The Cornelius Forum for Mayor and Commissioner Candidates will take place at Town Hall located at 21445 Catawba Ave. in Cornelius

· Candidates for each session will be seated in alphabetical order.

· The Chamber will be on hand to facilitate seating and change out of candidates and the audience between sessions.

· The Chamber will furnish the moderator – Jeff Tarte, Lake Norman Chamber Public Policy Chair.

· Crowd Size is LIMITED to 50 people per the Town of Cornelius. Seating priorities are as follows: Candidates may bring two guests. Key Chamber Staff will be in attendance. Approximately 30 guests may attend, but ARE REQUIRED to Register to the Chamber no later than noon on Thursday October 7^th. If seats are available at the time of the event admittance shall be on a first come first serve basis.

· Masks are required at all times, EXCEPT when the Candidate and Moderator are talking.

  Note: The Lake Norman Chamber does not endorse any one party or person, Instead we devote time and energy to educate voters, discuss issues and sponsor forums in which electors can watch, hear and compare the candidates side by side.
