South Carolina real estate professionals are invited to complete the SC Core – Residential Mandatory continuing education course offered by Comps Academy.

This 4-hour mandatory residential core course applies to the 2026–2028 South Carolina license renewal cycle. Course content was created by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for South Carolina residential real estate licensees who need to satisfy the state's mandatory Core continuing education requirement for the 2026–2028 renewal period.

Important Course Information

Attendance: Comps Academy requires 100% attendance for the entire course in order to receive course credit.

Late Arrival: Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to make up the class.

Zoom Classes: Students participating virtually are encouraged to remain on camera, actively participate and not drive while attending.
