This month, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we encourage attendees to wear pink as we join together to raise awareness and support for those affected by breast cancer. Let’s take this opportunity to celebrate strength, resilience, and community while fostering important conversations around health and wellness.

Our group is open to everyone, with no membership fees, obligations, or long-term commitments required. Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom, retiree, Chamber Ambassador, or volunteer, we welcome your presence. Chamber membership is not necessary to participate, though we encourage exploring the benefits of becoming part of our Chamber community.

Please bring your business cards and name badges to make the most of this networking opportunity. Each month, we feature a guest speaker and a focused topic designed to inspire and educate attendees.

Charlisa Herriott, affectionately known as Coach C, is a Cancer Survivorship Coach, Cancer Care Minister, Best Selling Author, Inspirational Speaker and Life Survivor Strategist whose life’s work centers on empowering Champions to heal, become whole, and live well beyond cancer.

As the founder of I AM H.E.R.®️— Healed. Empowered. Restored. — Charlisa has guided countless women through the valleys of diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship with faith, compassion, and unwavering commitment. She believes true healing starts from the inside out and equips her clients with survivor strategies, faith-filled encouragement, and the tools they need to reclaim their lives.

In recognition of her dedication and profound impact, Charlisa reigns as Miss Cancer Warrior 2018, a title that honors her courageous spirit and commitment to inspiring others to fight, heal, and thrive.

Whether she’s coaching one-on-one, leading community prayer nights, writing devotionals, or creating beautiful greeting cards to anchor faith and hope, Charlisa stands as a tower that radiates resilience and restoration. Her mission is simple yet profound: to uplift, restore, and bring hope; reminding every Champion that healing is still possible, and they do not walk alone.

Jen Branham

Jen leads our fundraising and partner opportunities as our development manager.  A long time Go Jen Go supporter and past board member, Jen knows that it takes the support of our entire community to lift up our breast cancer survivors and thrivers and provide assistance so they can focus on their health and not worry about their finances.  Born and raised in New Jersey, she moved south to attend the University of South Carolina and has lived in Charlotte since 2007. Jen’s passion for supporting local breast cancer patients comes from seeing her own mother’s personal battle with breast cancer.  For Jen, free time is family time and you’ll often see her husband and daughter join her at many Go Jen Go events.
