The WIMPER Program, developed by 1st Capital Financial, integrates wellness and health benefits under Sections 105, 106, and 125 of the Internal Revenue Code to provide immediate payroll savings for employers while offering enhanced health and wellness benefits to employees — all at zero net cost.
