Join us for the Lake Norman Chamber’s Annual Diversity Luncheon as we come together to celebrate the strength and unity of our diverse community. This year’s event will feature a keynote address from a speaker provided by Novant Health – Huntersville Medical Center, our Gold Sponsor. The keynote will focus on bridging political and cultural boundaries, highlighting the importance of fostering inclusive dialogue and connection throughout our region.

Gina Fambrought, MBA - Vice President, Health Equity Operations and Performance for Novant Health will be our spotlight speaker. Fambrough will talk about creating a sense of belonging in your business; understanding how change can build stronger connections; and meeting our community's needs.

Gina is vice president of system operations and performance in the department of health equity and community health at Novant Health. In her role, Gina leads efforts to embed health equity into operations and ensures Novant Health is achieving business, patient, and community measurable outcomes to foster a culture in which everyone is valued and receives the highest level of health.

In 2024, Gina was awarded Diversity MBA Media’s 18th Annual list of Top 100 Under 50 Executive Leaders.

A highlight of the luncheon will be the presentation of our 2025 Diversity Champion Award. This singular honor will recognize an outstanding individual, organization, business, or nonprofit that exemplifies inclusive leadership and a commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and unity in the Lake Norman region. Nominations are now open and will be reviewed by a special committee comprised of the Chamber Chair, Division Chair, and Diversity Chair.

The Lake Norman Chamberer Annually recognizes an organization, business, or individual who works to unite our region across cultures, racial, sexual, or political barriers. This year's honoree will be recognized at the Diversity Luncheon Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Northstone Country Club.
