Join us for Focus Friday as we host guests who will be discussing activities and plans within our area. Keep posted for upcoming guests and topics

Focus Friday is emceed by Public Policy Chair, Beth Cashion and presented by Novant Health- Huntersville Medical Center. Supporting sponsors include Cornelius Today/Business Today and WSIC news.

Focus Friday is a public policy program of the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce which examines community and legislative issues from multiple perspectives. While intended for Lake Norman Chamber members and community leaders, guests are welcome.

Join us on October 18, 2024, for an insightful Focus Friday event featuring key leaders from Mecklenburg County. This session promises to be a dynamic discussion, offering a unique opportunity to hear directly from those shaping the future of our community.

We are honored to welcome George Dunlap, Chair of the Mecklenburg County Commission, alongside Mark Jerrell, Vice Chair and District 4 Commissioner, and Elaine Powell, District 1 Commissioner. These distinguished leaders will share their perspectives on the critical issues facing our region, from economic development to public safety, and the strategies being employed to enhance the quality of life for all residents.
