Chili Willi’s

Chili Willi’s is an elevated Tex-Mex grill bringing a beloved favorite back to life. Originally founded in Huntington, West Virginia, in 1983, the restaurant built a loyal following for authentic flavors and a lively atmosphere before closing in 2011.

Now reimagined in Cornelius by the team behind Duckworth’s Grill & Taphouse, The Cellar and Link & Pin, Chili Willi’s blends tradition with a fresh, modern feel.

The menu features scratch-made Tex-Mex favorites, wood-grilled specialties, craft margaritas and a curated selection of tequilas and mezcals—all served in a welcoming space created for gathering and connection.
